CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population including neurological, cognitive, motor skills. Designed to help kids get excited about fitness and have fun, this program is the ideal activity for the whole family.

Weightlifting

Focuses on the three contested Olympic lifts:

  • the snatch
  • the clean
  • the jerk

This program can be tweaked for any skill level. Advanced athletes will move up in weight faster, while novice lifters will focus primarily on form.

Krav Maga

Krav Maga is a practical and strategic system of unarmed combat and self-defense that encompasses effectiveness, efficiency and ease.

This part-strategic, part-military defense system was developed in Israel and is used worldwide by law enforcement, military and civilian personnel.

Jiu Jitsu

Martial Arts

Buckeye Martial Arts is a blended martial arts program designed especially for kids ages 3-17, consisting of:

The program has been designed by four experienced and qualified instructors who have been a teaching force for over 15 years.
